As the face of Bollinger Canyon Animal Hospital, the CSR/receptionist sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. The CSR/receptionist plays a key role in the hospital's success, as his/her immediate interaction with customers impacts revenue, repeat visits, and satisfaction. While this position does not have any clinical duties, the receptionist will work hand-in-hand with Veterinarians, Veterinary Technicians, and Hospital Manager.

 An outstanding CSR/receptionist drives the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, helps maximize the productivity and efficiency of the veterinary medical team, ensures good communication with team members and clients, and coordinates the care of clients and their pets in a happy, welcoming, friendly and efficient manner.

 The CSR/receptionist combines customer service with sales skills to develop the relationships we have with our clients, as well as positively affect our business. We need someone that can multi-task, handle multiple phone lines, and schedule appointments while working with the Client that is in front of you. The successful receptionist candidate will share our commitment to delivering the highest quality patient care with exceptional client service.
